Wes Cooley served as the Congressman from Oregon's 2nd District for just one term in the mid-1990s. Now, he's been indicted on federal money laundering and fraud charges in L.A. He's been accused of defrauding investors by telling them his company, BidBay.com, was about to be bought by eBay.
